Single Stage Single suction LWA Slurry pump are widely used to transport corrosive/abrasive and high concentration slurry in many industries such as:Gold, Silver, iron ore, Lead&Zinc, Mineral sands, Tin, Steel,Titanium, Molybdenum, Copper, Electric Utilities, Oil Shale, Water&Sewage Utilities,Building areas, Coal, Sand&Gravel, Tobacco, Agriculture (hog, poultry, dairy manure), etc

 

 

The frame plates of this kind of slurry pump have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal. The frame plate liner and impeller for EHM slurry pump are adoptable of hard metal only.

 

Bearing assembly of this kind of slurry pump use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.

 

The shaft seal of this kind of slurry pump could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.

 

Here are the drive types, such as V belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices.  The pump of this type may be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long distance.

 

 

Our parts:

 

Bearing assembly—A large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life. Only four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame.

Liners—Easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing for positive attachment and ease of maintenance. Hard metal liners are completely interchangeable with pressure molded elastomers.

Casing—Ductile iron with external reinforcing ribs provide high operation pressure capabilities and an extra measure of safety.

Impeller—Front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Cast in impeller threads require no inserts or nuts.

One-piece frame—A very robust one-piece frame cradles the type bearing and shaft assembly. An external impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing for easy adjustment of impeller clearance.
